Manage a haunt, game or showtime
Add your activity and keep its times, capacity and live status useful to families.
Open Manage My Stop. A haunted house can be added from the home participation card. Use the activity manager for games, walkthroughs, performances and other resident activities. Each activity can have several showtimes.
- Tap Manage activities.The Activities and showtimes dialog opens.
- Tap Add activity.A new activity form opens.
- Fill in its title, type and helpful details.Your choices describe what families can expect.
- Tap Add activity in the form.The saved activity appears in the manager.
Add or change a showtime#
Choose Add showtime beside an activity. Set Starts (Central), optional Ends (Central) and a public note. Save with Add showtime. To edit an existing time, select its showtime row, adjust its fields and choose Save showtime.

|---|---|
| Scheduled | The activity has not opened yet. |
| Open | Families can join now. |
| Full | There is no room right now. |
| Delayed | The posted start has moved; add a public note. |
| Cancelled | This activity or showtime will not happen. |
| Closed | The activity has finished. |
Adding or editing showtimes earns 0 points. Eligible approved hosting earns 8 points once for a haunted attraction and 8 once for a kids activity, credited to the linked organizer. Extra shows do not create extra awards.
Families can read your activity and its saved showtimes on your listing.
