See what happens after you register, then sign in to Manage My Stop to change hours, candy status, photos and markers.

What happens after you register#
- Homes on the Twin Hills address list are approved automatically.
- Other addresses are reviewed by the event team, and you get an email.
- You receive a sign-in email for Manage My Stop.
Sign in from your email#
- Open the sign-in email sent to the address you registered with.The email holds your sign-in link.
- Click the sign-in link.Manage My Stop opens.
Warning
Keep your sign-in link private. Anyone who has it can change your stop.
Get a new sign-in link#
- Add your home starts a new registration.
- Manage your stop is for homes already registered.
- Enter halloween.mytwinhills.com/host in your browser's address bar.The page titled Add your home or manage your stop opens.
- Click Manage your stop.The page moves down to the box titled Email me a sign-in link.
- Type the email you registered with in Registration email.
- Click Email me a link.A new sign-in link is sent to that email.
What you can change#
- Your hours.
- Your candy status. If visitors say your candy bowl is running low or empty, you get an email.
- Your photos.
- Your curb markers.
Choose your next task#
Change candy status, edit hours, manage photos, add showtimes, get markers and signs or share access privately.
Expected result
You are signed in to Manage My Stop and can change your hours, candy status, photos and markers.
Troubleshooting
The sign-in email is not in your inbox.
CauseThe email may have landed in a spam or junk folder, or it went to a different address.
FixLook in the spam folder. If it is not there, ask for a new link with the steps above.
Your sign-in link no longer works.
CauseEach link is for one sign-in.
FixAsk for a new sign-in link with the steps above.
You registered two homes and sign-in asks for an address.
CauseOne email can manage more than one home.
FixType the street address of the home you want to change.
