Fix games, points or profile problems#
- Check the point opening times and limits before assuming an award is missing.
- Recover your latest Playing as name and code in My Halloween.
- Reconnect and refresh if a form or game cannot save. Use the home list when the map is unavailable.
- Use Accessibility for access guidance and Privacy for data and location details.
Ask the event team#
If those checks do not solve it, email Tyler. Include the page, what you tried, the message you saw and your Playing as name or registration email. Do not send passwords, recovery codes or private sign-in links. The site's help or feedback controls can also send a profile-help or technical question. Sending help earns 0 points.
Manage event email#
Use the unsubscribe link in an event email to stop optional community updates. Read the confirmation on the unsubscribe page. Home sign-in and essential registration messages can still be needed to manage your stop.
Keep a shortcut on your phone#
Your browser may offer Add to Home Screen or an install option. This creates a shortcut to the same site. Keep your latest recovery code before changing browsers or clearing saved data. A connection is still needed to save status changes, ratings and counted game rounds.
You found your answer, or you sent your problem to the event team.
