| Paused | Take a break. Your usual schedule resumes after 30 minutes. |
| Closing soon | Visits are ending soon. This notice clears after 30 minutes. |
| Out of candy | No treats remain. Choose Open again after restocking. |
| Closed tonight | No more visits tonight. |
| Cancelled | This stop or its activities are cancelled. |
Out of candy affects treats only. Paused, Closed tonight and Cancelled apply to the whole home. Use the separate display and activity controls for changes to those parts. Check the public preview after saving.
Read visitor candy notes#
On Halloween night, the visitor-notes section shows reports of low or empty candy. Check your supply before changing your status. A visitor report does not award points. For unattended bowls, the site can also email you a report, at most once every 15 minutes.
Use View public listing in the dashboard to check the result. Move your orange flag and glow stick indoors when treats are gone.
